Graphic Design, Marketing Material For Local Theatre
We have completed graphic design work for our local theatre, Stafford Gatehouse for a number of years now. More often than not, we are designing marketing material for upcoming shows! We love the free reign we are given when completing these projects, as we can really get our creative minds going! We’ve designed posters, flyers, pop up banners, website imagery, newspaper adverts and anything else that has been asked of us. We’ve always had good feedback from the Gatehouse, and it’s this feedback that makes it all worthwhile. We usually take on a few shows at one time, and prioritise which one we work on by how urgent the artwork is required. We’re used to working to tight deadlines, so we always make sure we get the proof artwork over for approval in time to allow for any amendments to the artwork before it is sent to print.
We’ve been lucky enough to design artwork for many cool shows, with our favourites being DR Dolittle and The Little Shop of Horrors. The artwork for these shows was really fun to work on. We drew the man eating plant bursting out of the shop for Little Shop of Horrors, in order to (hopefully) catch the eye of potential ticket buyers! As mentioned previously, we have always had good feedback from the artwork we produce, and with anything we design, we always take comments and amendments on board. At the end of the day, whilst we’ll always give our constructive thoughts on what we think would look cool, we fully appreciate we are working for someone, and we need to make them happy with every piece of graphic design work!
I have used SO Visual for both photography and graphic design projects and have been thoroughly impressed with both services. The work has always been creative, of fantastic quality and turned around quickly at a competitive price. Sam and Ollie brought fresh innovative ideas, and are always hugely professional and reliable to work with.Emma Hogan – Stafford Gatehouse Theatre
Alongside the design of show artwork for the Theatre, we have also designed logo’s, both for the theatre, and for the shows. The Theatre Café often contacts us to design and supply menus and posters to promote their range of refreshments on offer. We’ve also been on hand for any photography needed, including photographing their own event, the Christmas Pantomime. We love having the privilege of working with such an exciting local company. If you require any promotional artwork and marketing material designed (and supplied in print) please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
